Best and safest way to do this is to backup the db to tape and restore
it on the target server. Use DB2 BACKUP, RESTORE commands.
If you use backup to disk, once done then copy the whole path over to
the target and restore from that path, as in:
db2 backup db <dbname> to X:\backup .....
The path built wil be:
X:\backup\dbname.0\instancename\node0000\catn0000\ 20041007\hhmmss.001
Move all that path to target system, then:
restore <dbname> ... from x:\backup taken at 20041007hhmmss ....
