DB2 V8.1 + W2K: Connection to local DB with domain user not possible

Hi all,

up to now we used the following configuration under WinNT / DB2 V6:

- Local Data base on the database server
- Local NT usergroup with the necessary DB2 access rights for the
database
- As member of this local group: A Global NT domain group with a
global user

This worked without problems so far.
We are now switching to W2K (I know, very late....). Now the problem
occurs that (the configuration is in principle the same) not even a
Connect to the database is possible with the global user-ID
(SQL30082N). Apparently DB2 is not able to find the domain user id.
Does anybody have a solution for this? Thanks!!

Best regards,

Andreas
