I can't seem to find proof of how changes are made in Replication to
the targets. Specifically what I want to know is if you updated a
particular row 50 times on the source table in between Apply runs,
does Apply take all 50 changes and apply it to the target or would it
just do the last one and save all that effort?
In our case that will make a huge difference on throughput.
