sure.

in the past, before the site was "upgraded", i could browse the
APARS as an anonymous civilian; which so far as ibm is concerned,
i am. while my company has a big deal deal with ibm, they don't
give us ids to access any of these big deal places (ibm is just
one among many).

now, no can do, without submitting to a registration process.

this is *not* user-friendly.

Is the same free registration that is needed to download free trials, etc?
I don't see what the big deal is. They are just getting marketing
information so they can better communicate directly with users of their
products (instead of only communicating with the corporate stiffs who
control the purchases). You can use fake names if you really want to.
