SessionId on DB2/AS400 ?

Does anyone know how to get an uniqe id of my session? I mean something
like 'SELECT @@SPID' on MS SQL Server.

Thanks a lot...

Do you mean the user-id? DB2 UDB for iSeries supports a USER special register
to return the userid for the current connection.

I think Zdenek wants something like an application or connection ID. DB2
LUW has an application ID that you can access as described here

http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/db...302stolze.html

(and I think this will also be incorporated as native function into DB2).

I don't know what DB2 for iSeries offers there, though.
