db2 System commands through Command Center ....

Why can we not give db2 System commands (commands starting with 'db2'
like db2ilist, db2look, db2move etc.) through the Command Center? It
is so convenient to retrieve and change commands in the Command center
but this facility does not seem to exist for System commands. Seems
command Window and CLP are the only places where we can interactively
issue these commands..darn it!!!

Regards,
Raquel.

I think you can enter system commands (like dir and db2start) by
prefexing them with a ! character.

About the command window:
When entering commands in a Command Window you can use the F7 key to
show the command history. Select a command from that list and press
the right arrow if you want to edit the command or enter if you want
it to run without change.
