How to install DB2 for TSM on AIX

I try to install DB2 V8 on AIX 5.1 ML6 but at the console, it don't
have CDE. So, I install Xmanager on my PC and connect with graphic
interface to AIX server and then run ./db2setup. There is no any
response, it's not shown any wizard to install db2.

what should i do? your advice is very appriciated. Thanks.

Try running db2install from the command prompt. (Check the doc for the exact
name of the command.)

Have you exported your display to your pc?

On your AIX box type:

export DISPLAY=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (your pc's ip address)

I have only done this on an lpar where I have a single monitor for
multiple AIX servers and it works fine - haven't tried it from a pc.

On the other lpar xhost+ must be executed as well. Don't know what may
be required on a pc. Good luck.

I've already export DISPLAY=[PC IP]:0.0 But it's still can't connect.
Is there other requirement before running "./db2setup"?
