Installing ICM (IBM Content Manager) under Windows

Hello,
Is there anybody who can solve my problems to install the IBM Content
Manager? I have installed the software components in the following order:
DB2 UDB
MS Visual C++
WebSphere
IBM Content Manager 8.2

After I have installed MS Visual C++ I have moved the Variables include,
path and lib. Before I began to install I had matched the 3 CMS-User
ICMADMIN, RMADMIN, ICMCONCT.

I have got problem after problem. There are many paths which couldn't be
found, for example the Java path. Another mistake is that there couldn't be
found any Dll's, when I'm installing the example Database.

Is there a possibility to install all the softwarecomponets without any
problems?

Thank you Tobias Günther
