Did you export the terminal?

xhost + host_name
export DISPLAY=host_name:0

where host_name is the name of your workstation.

You might also try to upgrade your Java. Latest is 1.41, I beleive.

Java 1.3 is max on AIX 4.3, When I try to run it, it says there is no jre*
And, it is right. Only java executable in the jre/bin dir.

I will try the 'export' But this is run from a command prompt where other
xwin programs run fine..
Thanks

Also make sure that you have run the following:

db2 update dbm cfg using jdk_path /opt/IBMJava2-141
db2 update admin cfg using jdk_path /opt/IBMJava2-141

Obviously, you will need to change your path statements according to where
you Java is installed.

Not working, the funny thing is it was working in Ver 6.1 before the
upgrade. I seem to remember this problem 3 years ago
when we started with DB2.

Thanks for the help
