Reverse Engineering an iSeries Database with ERWin

I am trying to use ERWin to reverse-engineer a database running on an
AS/400 iSeries database. When the process completes, I end up with an
ERD that has 3 or more instances of many of the tables, plus an entity
for every file on the box, regardless of the library they reside in.
Has anyone else run into this "behavior"? Any ideas on how to make
ERWin look only at the library that the database tables reside in?

I believe you can limit the reverse engineering by schema owner in
ERwin...set it to the library name that you're interested in. As far as the
multiple tables, do they all have the same owner? If not, you may be
picking up the same tables across DEV, QA, and PRD libraries. If they have
the same owner, then perhaps you're picking up logical files as well as
physical files...not sure how to fix that if it's the case...
