is the error related to fixpack 5 from db2 udb v8.1?

after my machine windows 2000 professional installed the fixpack 5 for
db2 udb v8.1 windows 32 bit, i have this error in the db2diag.log

but db2diag.log file keep logging this error and increase the size of
the file, why it is doing this if this is no problem? i am afraid to
put the fixpack 5 on the production system which is db2 udb v8.1 on 64
bit windows server 2003.
