Upgrading to 7.2 on AIX

I have to upgrade from 6.1 to 7.2 on a production system.
I have 7.1 installed along with 6.1 but have not migrated
any instances.
My question is, Can I apply FP1, FP3 and FP11 before
migrating anything. Sure would be easer. I can
see no problem with this but on a production system
I get a little worried.
Ted

If you have installed v7.1., you only need to apply fixpak 3 and then
fixpak 11. Then you can migrate.

If you have installed v7.2, you only need to apply fixpak 11. Then you
can migrate.
