different version of db2jcc.jar failed to do DB2Binder

hi, i am trying to do java -cp "C:\program
files\ibm\sqllib\java\db2jcc.jar"
com.ibm.db2.jcc.DB2Binder -url jdbc:db2://xxx:xxx/xx -user xx
-password xx -size 80 under db2 command window, i have licensed DB2
server on my machine , the java -cp is for remote server (with
licensed too) from my local , my local server has db2 v8.1 udb windows
with fp5, db2jcc.jar is from this fixpack too, all the zip file or jar
file under C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\java are specified under
system CLASSPATH, i think DB2 installation had add these jar files to
the CLASSPATH, but every time i try to run java -cp, i get the license
error , i have to use the original db2jcc.jar from original DB2 server
(not the one come from fixpack) to successfully run the command, why
is that?
