DB2MSCS decluster and cluster

DB2 V8 on windows 2003 cluster server.
DB2MSCS -f:db2.cfg
DB2 instance is in the cluster now.
DB2MSCS -u:db2
DB2 instance is in the local node now.
I want to cluster the instance again
DB2MSCS -f:db2.cfg

This is the error msg:

An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.
DBI1905N A System Error occurred during a DB2 Cluster
operation.

Explanation:

A system error was detected while DB2 was performing a Cluster
operation.

User Response:

Check to make sure the Windows NT operating system is at the correct
level for Cluster Support.

Also ensure the Windows NT Cluster support has been correctly
installed and the Cluster Service has been started.

DB21533E An error occurred during the migration of the DB2 instance,
rc = "DBI1905".

Thanks.
Richard.

make sure you entered correct info in db2mscs.cfg file. I had a same error in past. it was wrong password for db2admin account and before you run utility and if you have two node cluster, Run db2mscs on node1 and stop db2 on node2. if you get same error try db2mscs on node2 and stop db2 on node
