State your platform and db2 level.

Do you want an image at time t or over a 24 hours period or ... ?

By application, what do you mean?
ex: db2bp.exe is an app. Do you want cumulative app. useage over a period
or each instance of db2bp.exe is considered an app?
etc...

it is point to a instance time and cumulated time, for example, now
the total temp tablespace usage is 80%, one application that use 30%
of temp tablespace may be hightest usage. or in past 5 hours which
