DB2/UDB 8.1 (64bit) restore to DB2/UDB 7.2EE (64 bit) under AIX

Friends,
Its odd inquiry.
Can I restore DB2/UDB 8.1 (64 bit) backup (created by db2 backup db..)
under AIX 5.2 to DB2/UDB 7.2 EE (64 bit) under AIX 4.3.3 ML09.

I know, I can restore 7.2EE to 8.1, but this this is odd requirement
that I want to restore 8.1 to 7.2EE :)

[Due to 'some' reason , I can not have DB2/UDB 8.1 under AIX 4.3.3
ML09 !!]

Thanks,
VKG

Vikrant, I don't believe you can as the System Catalog tAbles are
different in V8. They got migrated or created in V8 structures which may or
may not be the sanme as V7.
As V7 is "unaware" of V8 (which is not the case in the ither path of V7 to
V8), then I don't Think you would be able to do this.
Your best bet is probably to create the db with all defaults on the V7
system, then use db2look and db2move on the V8 syst. to get the ddl and data
and then "move" that to your V7 system.
I presume here that you have not yet used functions in the V8 syst. that
are unique to V8.
