extract from db2diag.log

we are using db2 udb v8.1 on win 64 bit with fp3 with type 4
db2jcc.jar driver.

i got some error extract from db2diag.log file, can someone explain me
what
this mean?

This means that a DB2 agent crashed. You should call IBM support and open a
PMR -- this shouldn't happen.
You should have a file called t17883492.000 and a directory called
c17883492.000 in ~/sqllib/db2dump -- the support people will ask for this.

sorry, we are using trial version and no support possible. any idea?

Even I am facing the same issue of the logs being created in the dump folder. Could you do away with that error? It will be really very helpful if you can provide with some input on this in case you have any tips.
