GRANT BLOCKING IP

Is there a way to give a permision with the GRANT command to force
that a determinate user can only loging in from a fixed IP ?

For example:

GRANT ...... TO us**@192.168.25.1 (this user will work only if he
works in 192.168.25.1)

Thank in advance,

Gustavo
