[Google] DB2 query

Dear Friends,
I have one doubt, One of my friend cleared DB2V7.1 (UDB512 and UDB513)
certification paper. She has to clear 6 more parts in that. Now she
wanted to clear other parts too. But the thing is she wanted to
migrate from version 7.1 to 8.1. Can she appear for other parts in
Version8.1 or she should do it in 7.1 version only?

Thanks and rgds,
Prasad Rao.

Hi,
Thanks for your positive response.
We dint get the clear picture from the link which you gave us. I think
you understood in different way. What exactly we need to know is ...
as I specified in my previous mail, she has cleared DB2V7.1 UDB part
one and part 2 (UDB 512 and UDB513). Can she directly take the test
702 now?(She supposeSince to clear 8 papers). Now she wanted to
migrate from DB2 7.1 to DB2V8.1 version and she dont wanna write the
papers which she has already cleared. Can she continues the rest of
papers in 8.1 version or do she need to re-write the whole papers??
Thats what exactly we want. can somebody please help us.

Ian
Prasad,

The URL referenced indicates that this person needs to take Test 706:
"DB2 UDB V8.1 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows Database Administration
Upgrade Exam" in order to gain the DB2 V8.1 DBA certification.

There is no Exam 702.
