running db2jstrt and jdbc type 3

I'm having a little trouble finding documentation on db2jstrt. I
assume it starts db2jd, the web daemon for jdbc type 3 apps in db2 ver
7. My questions are:

1) If I have multiple instances of DB2 on a single server, do I have to
run db2jstrt for each one, with adifferent port # as well?

2) How do I shut down the daemon, 'kill'?

The documentation is quite clear in the App building Guide. Anyway,
you would need to logon to each instance eg, login as db2inst1, run
'db2jstrt 6789' login as db2inst1, run 'db2jstrt 6790' for example.
These port# are anything you pick so long it doesn't point to existing
or preassigned ports. The example worked quite well.

That should do it for you. --Powell
