2 concerns on FP4

Dear all,

I have 2 concerns on FP4, released yesterday :

1) The DB2 V8 FixPak 4 APAR list: HTML version points on each APAR, that are
not seen as "corrected" in FP4, for example:

IY41076 INCLUDE AREA IN 'CREATE INDEX' PANEL IS ENABLED WHEN 'UNIQUE'
UNCHECKED

First Fixed In:
This APAR is not yet included in a FixPak.

I guess all APARs listed DO solve problems that ARE corrected by FP4, and
some kind of 2 phase commit has been missed.

2) The HTML FP4 doc download for Windows, contains about 107 Mb for other
OS:

DISK1\db2\aix
DISK1\db2\linux ...

It seemed to be the case for previous Fixpaks, and my guess is these
directories can be removed to make a CD (ideally, to remove them from the
fixpack would save time for download).

Thanks for your reply,

Jean-Marc

Thanks for the feedback. I'll talk to the appropriate folks in our
Service and Build teams.
