Visual Explain - Estimated Processing Time: Not Available - how come????

new
No matter whether I do a explain or a run and explain i get times only for
the full query and not for the indivdual steps that are shown in the icons.

Is there some way to do this?

Also do you have a site with suggestions on how to use this tool? I have
used quest and Oracle but I am missing something with Visual Explain.

Does anyone know when we can actually purchase Visual Studio 2005 Professional or the upgrade and have it shipped immediately? First Microsoft said that it would be released Nov. 17. When Nov 17th rolled around, it may have been released, but still couldn't be found for retail purchase--Amazon, for example, said it would be available on...
