Converting CSV files with various fields into a master CSV file

Hi
I am a very basic user of Excel and probably using all the wrong terminology i hope i can convey my problem. , i am in the process of getting a website up and running, i have access to thousands of products from 3rd party providers, problem i have is that we use a data feed suit our website to post products onto our website along with images and text, however the data feeds that are supplied by these other companies have the information on in different columns than ours and the name of the column might not match ours even though it might contain similar information. i need to find an automated way to convert these various data feeds to comply with our so i can import these products into my web site. i am ZERO tech savvy ,can anyone suggest of a person or company that specializes in this kind of data conversation that's not going to cost me a bundle that i don't have. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
