Help to restore the file!!!

My wife graduated a month ago. Periodically kept the file. Yesterday tried to find it on your computer, and there were only old, not saved versions of this file. May ward where to store the backup files? MS word 2013.

Your question is very hard to follow.

Fist, try a simple search,
[WindowsLogoKey][E]
The windows explorer window will open
Select the "Computer" in the navigation pane to search the PC and any network and storage devices connected to the PC.
Use the search tool and enter part of the file name, for example *.DOCX should return every file in the normal searchable locations ending with ".DOCX" - the more of the name you know the more specific the search can be.

If you asking if MS Word makes backup copies of files, in general, it does not do so; HOWEVER, you may be able to recover an unsaved temporary file:

Open MSWORD
Ribbon: [File]
Now select: [Info]
Select: [Managed Versions]
Select: [Recover Unsaved Documents]

At this point if there are any temporary working documents available the dialog box that opens will show them. You can then open the document and then perform a "Save As" action to save the document to a convenient location on your PC.

Your only other hope is one of the File-Recovery software programs available by both Free/Shareware or Commercial options.
