How to use USB data card in a usb disabled laptop?

Hi All,
Please help me in connecting USB data card and access internet through my laptop. The scenario is,

1.In my laptop all the usb ports are disabled
2.I dont have admin rights
3.I can not install any software
4.Only LAN is allowed
5.Can not change any settings, including BIOS options

Some of the possibilities-
1.Use an usb lan network adapter(USB to LAN converter)-Not sure whether it will work,as USB and LAN settings are different.
2.Plug in the USB data card in some other laptop(with ports enabled) and connect the LAN between the laptops to share the internet-Not sure about this as I dont have admin rights to change the settings.

Please let me know your thoughts,as I would like to use the data card in my laptop ASAP :)

That sounds like a rather restrictive policy. Is this a work or shared pc you do not own?

Unfortunately, the Posting Guidelines from this site prohibit assistance to subverting security policies in place by an admin. If you have a good reason for needing it, ask your admin - this site does not assist in breaking policy
