Why UPS will not give any backup power when the power is fluctuating?

Hello,

I am using UPS of 600VA from prolink company. Recently my ups is not giving any backup when the Power fluctuate, the moment power is off it is getting restarted. When the power full off then it gives backup.

What should i do now?

Is the device under warranty? I would recommend calling or emailing Prolink and getting their support as they sold you the product.

This problem also happens with my UPS.This is a universal problems with cheaper UPS.I think a UPS requires a finite amount of time between consecutive power trips and if power fluctuation are more rapid then UPS will fail.
