hello

i m unable to access http://{ website_url }/cfide/administrator. whenever i access this the error message ie error occured while processing request comes.please provide me some idea how to access this??

Did you set up Coldfusion properly? Could you access it before?

What error do you see?

I assume you are using localhost.

Try re-installing Coldfusion. Which web server are you using (IIS, Apache, etc.)?

Does Coldfusion work at all? Have you tried a sample page (e.g. the demos)?

The error message doesn't help much. Expand the stack trace to see what the Java error is.

Did you uninstall first?

So did you uninstall it all completely?

Also, did you have it working before you uninstalled and re-installed it?

May be a corrupt installation, or it maybe Apache and using a wrong connector.

Completely uninstall and then destroy the folders CFIDE, CFUSIONMX and reinstall again.

Get the right connector for apache if version 2.2 or higher.

I am only assuming as there is no other evidence of your setup.

Also, installation may be mounted on corrupt hardware, ie HDD is dodgy.
