You means, you need a domain name in your own name? You have to contact any web domain registry ISP who can create a domain for you by a specific amount.

Just to add to @Ariful Alam's answer,

I have found that most web hosting companies offer a service that includes the purchasing of domains.

Web Hosting gives you the space, email accounts @yourdomain etc.

You neeed to buy the domain and it means you also need to buy a reliable hosting in case you want to make it live. You got two choices, either you will buy parked domains or create something you like.
