I don't believe there is an exam/certification from Microsoft for VBA. I think the only related exams that are available are for Office and .NET. I don't believe the Office exams go very deep into coding and the .NET exams are only about coding.

For office:

If you are only interested in training, Microsoft was doing a Know it, Prove it promotion a couple months ago that was pretty impressive:http://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/
...Looks like it is still accessible: http://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/knowitproveit

I just received (24 April) from Microsoft about 'Microsoft Virtual Academy', this seems to prove that it was not a short-time-only-experience
