I have a Diploma in Networking, Technical Support and System support, where do I star

I am currently employed doing a job that limits my growth in experience towards everything I've learned. All I do is give customers advice on which computer to buy, install software and fix some software problems. I do not belong there, I need greener pastures, where do I start ?

What do you want to do? Most likely, you'll look for either a tech support or analyst position at a company that would allow you to grow out of that after you showed you were capable.
