Want to know about the online degree courses

Hello experts,

I am a SY B.Sc.IT student.

After completing the B.Sc.IT, I think I have to do either M.Sc.IT or MCA. Which course is better after B.Sc.IT MCA or M.Sc.IT?

And, After completing the graduation, I want to do the post graduation degree online. I want to know "to do online post graduation is safe or not?"

If safe, then where I should do the post graduation degree course? I mean to say in which university or in which college I should do the degree post graduation course?

Please help. All your suggestions are appreciate. And all the information provided by you will useful for me.
