- Would your company benefit from using a higher level of C++? Yes/No/Unknown.
- Date of response.
- Optional: Number of programmers in the company.
- Optional: Number of employees in the company.
- Optional: Type of operating system used for programming within the business.
- Optional: Name of business.
- Optional: Country of location of business (NOT street address and NOT city address).
- Optional: Name and position of contact.
