open file in run time in c . that was we can open file using file functions in static

I need to open file in run time but c can't open in runtime.please favor me for my program.

Are you using C or C++?
For C, The file access functions in <stdio.h> are expressly intended to support runtime file access.

fopen needs a string for the file name. Just supply the string at runtime an open the file.
