Web Service Web Methods not accessible from a WSDL file

We have received a WSDL file from our vendor. And we have to built Web Service by using their WSDL.
For this purpose i have followed the following steps.

I have used wsdl.exe tool to generate the interface class. And implement it's implementation in my Web Service. For testing purpose i have also added one more web method with the name of HelloWorld.

Project compiled successfully. But when i am trying to access the methods they are not accessible except HelloWorld method.

Please help.
