Need help with controller Dll files (combining code ect.)

2
Sorta long-ish story but will try to summarize:

-Want to play dead space 1 with xbox one controller (which I can but deadzones are stupid (keep reading))

-Deadspace has horribly big deadzones on all controllers

-There is a Program for Xbox 360 controllers that allows you to modify the deadzones through the "XInput1_3.dll" wrapper however it is designed to work with the included "Xinput1_3.dll" file that can access the "Durazno.ini" file created when using the program...

-problem is that this file is used to read the Xbox 360 driver and not the unofficial Xbox one driver... I have a .dll file that will read the Xbox one driver and works perfectly however It won't access the "Durazno.ini" file to change the deadzones for this game...

I would prefer (and very much appreciate) if someone could modify the "Xinput1_3.dll" obtained here:

to allow access to the "Durazno.ini" file (but retain all functionality) like the "Xinput1_3.dll" obtained here does:

If someone can tell me how to combine the two or move the .ini file look-up from one to the other I could do it myself.

-Thanks
