i want user to enter the string and not stop taking string when press enter but stops

I want a function which take string from user and if user press enter it not stops taking the string but stops when user press .
And i only want to work on one string

Use the getline() function. It has an argument for a delimiting character. This function will continue to accept data until the delimiting character is reached.

Just set this argument to your .
