run packet capture program bye winpcap in dev c++

Hi,

I am trying to create a sniffer program with libpcap on windows 7. I am using Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2 and I downloaded the winpcap 3.0 developer's pack. On site the winpcap, there is a documentation about the use with MS Visual C++, but I don't get to compile using the Dev-C++.

There is a winpcap how-to using Dev-C++?
this is my code:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. #include <stdio.h>
  2. #include <stdlib.h>
  3.
  4. #include <pcap.h>
  5.
  6. main() {
  7.
  8. printf("Test1");
  9.
  10. }

this is my error:
pcap.h no such as file or directory
