how can one design a program using the Bottom-up approach to program development

i've red it before its just that i want to find out how it can be implemented in C++ or Pascal...

It's a design process there are no specific ways to implement it in a given language.

Bottom-Up Process
  • Design and write individual software systems
  • Link those software systems together as sub-systems of a larger system

It is totally language independent.
