Barcode Read using C++, Visual studio

I want read Barcode from reader, and decode it in PC using C++ / Visual studio

Check with the manufacturer of the reader and ask for the Windows SDK for that reader. There will be functions in that SDK yu can use to operate the reader from the PC.
