blocking and unblocking USB MassStorageDevices

I am Working on Usb Monitoring i have all the notifications and detecting the arrived and removed storage devices through com ports but the thing is DeviceIoControl with FSCTL_LOCK is not supporting my code !!! Can any body suggest any new ideas thanks in advance..!
