Internet Explorer 8 or 9 Plugins/addons

Hi....
I'm looking for a tutorial to make addons for IE 8 or 9. Can you provide me with a resource. Please, for the sake of peace and everything else, I want to help how to develop plugins/addons for Internet explorer 8 or 9. I want to make an IE addon. please help me i m beginner for plugins/addons development.

This is too big a topic to cover here. Just do a Google on "programming ie addons" and you will find resources to code these in C/C++, C# and VB.NET.
