Convert header in C to C#

I want to convert header file in C to C#
I was following your suggestion in other comment, but it doesn't work
Here is some actual code I need to replace and is probably the most troubling:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. #define   md6_w    64
  2. #if (md6_w==64)
  3. typedef uint64_t md6_word;
  4. #define PR_MD6_WORD "%.16" PRIx64
in my C program using include <inttypes.h>,what can i use to replace this include header..
thank you
