process a timer interrupt and massages between 2 diffrent programs

Hi everybody
i have a proplem with an idea

1) I have program1 run for infinity

2)i need another independent program2 to interrupt program1 each 200ms,the interrupted program1 will pause(not stop)its current execution to run a small function(inside program1) that handles this interrupt after that continue to execute from state before interrupt

3)another program3 send data simple unsigned short array[256] words in non timed process

4)prog1 send to prog3 another simple unsigned short array[512] words in non timed process

how to do that under windows 7 using visual studio 10

Get a copy of Windows via C/C++ by Jeffrey Richter. There's a whole chaptger on this.

Meanwhile read up on CreateProcess.
