How to use System::Security::Cryptography to hash a vector?

P: n/a
I have a vector< vector<double> >. I would like to calculate a hash value by using the HashAlgorithm class in System::Security::Cryptography .NET namespace. The function is ComputeHash(array<Byte>). How do I convert the vector of vectors into a Byte array so I can pass it to ComputeHash?
