Used to unix now i got visual c++

P: n/a
Hi ive been learning c++ on unix at school and im used to opening a terminal and pressing g++ "program".cpp to compile. For practice i have visual c++ at home on windows vista but dont know how to run my program from the commmand prompt in vista. How can i do this rather than pressing simply F5 in visual c++?

You have to change directory in the command interpreter to the debug folder of your project.

Your executable will be in that folder, assuming you are doing a debug build (the default).
