ISO image of a DVD video in c++

Hi all,
I want to create an ISO image of a DVD video in c++.Please give me some description and code samples to create it.Thanks in advance.

Break it down:
1. Where are you getting the DVD information from?
2. How do you want to lay the info out?
3. What features are you trying to have on this DVD, eg custom menus, etc?
