Do you wish to learn C or C++?
If you picked C++, do you already have experience with the basics of object-oriented programming?
Do you already have experience writing programs in any other languages?

There are a lot of learn-to-program books; but I don't know how many are available in the UAE. Perhaps other members of this Forum can recommend good books that are available in your native language.

What program are you wanting to study?

Your question is hard to understand.
