Dealing with "Han from China"

The troll calling himself "Han from China" has made a habit of
starting a new thread for each followup, with a meaningless subject
line such as "(part 33) Han from China answers your C questions...".
He often writes things that call for a response. The result is that a
disturbingly large proportion of the current traffic in this newsgroup
is in threads with "Han from China answers your C questions" in the
subject header.

On the first such article, the troll generally quotes the subject
header of the article to which he's replying in the body of his
followup.

Here's my suggestion. If you must reply to one of this troll's
articles, change the subject back to what it was. Or, if you can
manage it, post it as a followup in the original thread (this requires
finding the original thread, which may be non-trivial depending on
your newsreader).
