WIn32 API - Getting URN from Hypertest link from windows applications

Hi All,

I need to get the actual URN from the hypertext link from microsoft application like , outlook, word, IE etc, I need to get the URN when I point to the hyperlink.Copy that URN before clicking mouse on that.
I'm stuck at gettiing the URN from hyperlink For copying part I can use windows hooks.
Kindly help me to acheve this.
