Auto retrieve web page and print

Background: I have someone who uses Windows XP and software he bought for a cash register. He also has an online order form. When someone orders something online, we'd like for the XP box to retrieve that order and print it.

Since I haven't coded for Windows in years, someone may know of something built into XP that already does this. Or, perhaps, some free program.

Just found out wget was available on Windows. What I was thinking of doing was using wget to retrieve the page from the server. It would poll the server every minute or so and print to the printer if a page was there. Or, write to a file and print (maybe better).

The part I probably need the most help on is how to print once the page is retrieved. I can look up a sleep() routine or whatever.

The XP box is always connected to broadband.

So can someone get me started or steer me in the right direction, please?
